How many properties?
Billing questions
When do I get charged?
Never on Free. Starter, Plus and Pro all come with the same 14-day free trial, and we take your card up front so nothing breaks on day fifteen. Your card is not charged until the trial ends — cancel before then and you pay nothing. Portfolio is sales-led, so we talk first.
Annual vs monthly?
Annual saves two months. Monthly is month-to-month, cancel any time.
What if I buy another home?
Starter covers one property. When you add a second, you move up to Plus, which covers up to five. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
What if I cancel?
You keep read-only access for 12 months and can export your data anytime.
Will prices change?
If they do, your tier is grandfathered at your original price for at least 24 months.
